She was very helpful. The Doordash Integration however is frustrating. Doordash has no record of my account, so our orders aren't showing up for them. But the actual Zapiet support has been helpful

Support team is very helpful, just name the issue and they will resolve it for you seamlessly. I have been assisted by Anggy, and fixed the issue in minutes. Great team that have your back in eCommerce.

Works great, support is hit and miss but the last tech that helped me was able to ID the problem and I got it fixed easily. Works way better than native shopify delivery, would recommend to anyone.

Great help from Leo. That's why I choose Zapiet? Well if you tried the other "5star" apps, the customer service sucked, the interface and initial set up was appalling, like a kid was programming it. But when you install Zapiet, you pay for that service, set up and ease of having a great app in your store. The developers behind this app definitely know how to do it better than the rest. cheers!

Too many Bugs.
Most recently, the delivery date that the customer placed an order for was incorrect in the system, causing us to miss orders, and their response was "we are working on it, there is no ETA".

It was quite smooth earlier, but have been facing too many issues recently.
