Came back to bring that review down to a 1 star. Even upon removing the app the code remains and continues to break our site. Oh, and I'm not sure if it mentions it anywhere, but new customers (and old) should know the only way to update the app is to email or call them to do so manually on their side. So don't forget to check daily for updates or someday you'll wake up with a site that doesn't work anymore...

App has mostly been good, however, as indicated by some other reviews there are site breaking bugs that pop up constantly. Having to delete products and make them again, flipping settings on/off/on just to get them to load, customers sitting on load screens and unable to checkout. If you want to keep these customers you better up that support system ASAP.

Apparently we aren't the only ones...

I used this app to offer delivery according to zipcodes. Customer support has been helpful, supporting me in adjusting some code to personalize the app experience.

MUST HAVE APP 2021. Customers can schedule a delivery, curbside pickup, or shipping in advance, eliminating the need for third party companies like Doordash.
We grew our sales 10x using this and the local delivery app. The system took a little effort to get going, and the customer service really made the money worth it. The customer service was able to login to our shop and see what errors we saw, and were able to make adjustments as necessary to make sure their product worked for us. THIS WAS WHERE I KNEW THIS WAS A 5 STAR APP. No other company has been as beneficial as Zapiet, thank you!

A bit tricky to set up and get just right for your specific needs (we are a local flower shop), but once you get it going it works like a dream!

A simple and effective app that does as it promises. Support was quick and helped us install and configure the app to our needs - so far so good!

Horrible customer service!! Problem loading order. Multiple bugs and assistance not responding. We are handling 200 orders per day and this app is creating many problems for us

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

I was apply this app on my staging site. As test for few days, the inventory fulfillment function is uncertain at this moment. Thus, linking from Zapiet location with Shopify location still having error where the result keep revert after save and refresh.

I used this app to begin selling bagels locally. We provide delivery and pick up in the local area and Zapiet's app really made the process straightforward. I highly recommend for the barely-technically-literate Shopify owner. They are super responsive when something unusual crops up!
