It has been a distinct pleasure collaborating with them. Jessica, a true virtuoso in her field, is nothing short of legendary in her commitment to our success. Meanwhile, Andy, the Founder, impresses not only as an extraordinary entrepreneur but also as a visionary who has created precisely the tool we urgently needed for our specific business needs - marketing our delicious cookies and temperature-sensitive goods across the nation. We tried this app for its additional robust pickup and delivery features that Shopify doesn't have in its out of the box state. It's a little tough to get everything set up correctly, but Zapiet's support and documentation / help articles are the best! Highly recommend!

Great support, and super helpful app for what I need!
This app along with the Zapiet app for delivery by Zip code has added much needed functionality to my store. I needed some help to get all the settings correct in the beginning but once it was all set up it has worked perfectly.
Also, Support has been very responsive when I do have an issue.

Kitty was very helpful in doing some minor customization work for me and guided me through a fix to correct an issue that I had when I was adding a new digital product.
Incompatible with other apps, poor interface, bad service and support, expensive considering all the above

We are happy that you are continuing to use our app and that our support team has been in regular touch with you to fine tune the setup of Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery. They remain at your disposal even through the holiday season.
The original critical issue that was affecting your store was unrelated to our app, but our support staff took it upon themselves to wake up a couple members of our Development Team in Europe and have them investigate and get a fix in place so that your store could continue functioning, with your customers being able to place orders.

The app works great and more importantly the customer service and expert knowledge of the app developer is wonderful. He helped me fix other issues within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this app and the app developer!
Zapiet is probably the best option for store pickups and deliveries. Setup is clean and the software is strong. Dealing with the support team has been a pleasure. Very resourceful and patient.
