She was very helpful. The Doordash Integration however is frustrating. Doordash has no record of my account, so our orders aren't showing up for them. But the actual Zapiet support has been helpful

Pickup and delivery works very well in both online store and Shopify POS.
The Zapiet schedule tile in POS works great. It's a bit unclear where Shopify POS leaves off and Zapiet Pickup + Delivery takes over.

Customer support was able to research both and help me navigate the process for both.

I look forward to using these 2 together in the future

I have had a few questions on how to use the app or where to find specific information on what would help my application best and I have always had a quick response and answers to my questions. I recently had an online meeting with Jeanette, and she was very nice, pleasant, helpful and explained everything to me including the fact that all of the information that we just discussed would be emailed to me. That was great so that I can review the information anytime later and didn't have to remember it. I love Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and have been using for 7+ years. It works great for our online store and haven't found anything better for our needs. I would definitely recommend trying this app! Thanks to everyone at Zapiet and keep up the good work!

Very responsive & helpful support - we recently ran into an issue with a different third party app (for preorders) overriding the Zapiet tags, and the support staff very promptly not only found a workaround for us but also fixed all affected orders! Incredibly happy with the quality and level of service we've been getting so far.
