This app, combined with Delivery Rates by Zip, was exactly what I needed for my small farm and nursery business. We only offer local pickup and local delivery and until I discovered these apps I thought it would be impossible for customers to check out correctly. I ran into some technical issues that were confusing for me but customer support, Stephane and Lisa, resolved my issues quickly and efficiently Update 4/19- Stephane once again helped me through a problem that I had created myself and could not wrap my head around!!

Ask to speak with Ronan if you need help setting up the app. He is a master at getting it set up! He even got it to work with Shopify Local Delivery.

App is great when it works. We have had major issues this weekend with non-existent support to boot. Confirmation emails from the app are no longer sending and the OnFleet integration doesn't seem to actually work. This was our original choice for delivery but I guess we will be looking somewhere else.

We experienced a small issue with our Onfleet integration on Saturday evening which caused order processing to be delayed. Thankfully our team was quick to resolve the issue and our system caught back up to speed rapidly.

I see that you still have the app installed and that your orders are flowing through perfectly now, which is fantastic!

We used Zapiet to offer Local Delivery and Store Pickup for Online Balloon business. They help us to set it up and great service afterwards. The app works great.
