Seems like a great app. Veno has been very helpful with an integration issue with another app and also provided other fixes and solutions for me.

Great app at the first look, but terrible customer service, overpricing and glitching. A lot of problems. SUPPORT is super bad. You will wait for several days every time the app will not work properly. ANd you can properly delete it without hiring some programmer. BE CAREFULL!

Removing our app from your theme is super easy! In-fact only a single line needs to be removed from your theme.liquid file.

We have a step by step guide and video on our help center that explains how to remove our apps code from your theme. I used this app to help me set up free, no-contact local delivery & at-store pickup in response to COVID-19 regulations & concerns. Had to get help modifying it so that our products had these options available but only certain products were available for shipping and to get the shipping fees applied correctly. Thank you, Shopify gurus, for making it work!

I had some issues getting the widget to work, the Zapiet team got it fixed for me ASAP which allowed our company to keep trading during the lockdown. We are truly grateful for their amazing customer service!!!

Good app but always breaks one every 2-3 weeks, customer support is unbelievable slow, did not check issue thoroughly and only one reply a week and sometime more than a week, always blame on covid-19 as an excuse. I have to look for alternative.

I am so happy to have found this app. My store sells fresh, locally-grown flowers to local designers, so shipping isn't an option. This app allows me to sell my products using only local delivery and store pickup really easily. The best part of it is the set up support. I wouldn't have been able to figure out all of the app's features on my own, but Steph took a live call with me for 2 hours to get me totally up and running. INCREDIBLE customer service.
