The Zapiet Pickup + Delivery app together with their Rates by Distance app has allowed our local delivery supply yard to move into the modern times. We're the only supply yard in our area to be able to offer local delivery online sales because of Zapiet. I did decide to remove a star because the Pickup + Delivery app did not notify us that it was outdated and needed to be updated which caused potentially lost sales because of a broken google API. When we recognized there was an issue with the module we reached out to live chat support and got exceptional help from Jessica who quickly fixed the issue for us.

I really needed this app to work. I thought it was working for months, but recently learned it wasn't. I spent hours trying to get it to format correctly but nothing would work. Reached out to support. It took a long time for them to respond and in the end they suggested that I turn off the Shopify Delivery & Pickup options, but that still didn't work.

unistall before trial finish but their still will charge you the bill...when u complaint with shopify , their ask me talk to direct to app developer. WHen can get it the refund and who urs are going to contact? no receive any email from urs at all??
