This app has been great for what our store needs. However, there were a large amount of frustrating bugs that kept on appearing after install, which were only found after customers sent messages being unable to checkout. I would rate the app lower because of that, but Sam has provided impeccable customer support in fixing all of these issues ASAP. An app like this is extremely complicated from a technical perspective, so bugs unfortunately can not be avoided!

Use this app regardless, and know that their technical team is there 24/7 to jump right in and fix anything. Short of Shopify creating their own seamlessly integrated solution, this is the best option. I did compare this app to another competitor's app that was priced much lower, but you definitely get what you pay for here. Beyond Zapiet's A++ customer support, the back end UI is intuitive, clean, organized and user friendly. The other competitor's app felt clunky, unorganized and broken. Spend the extra money, it's worth it.

We have used Store Pickup + Delivery to deal with some custom shipping scenarios beyond simple store pickup. Customer and dev support has been fantastic on several occasions when we've had to make changes outside of the usual app parameters.

We ran into an issue with this app that prevented customers from checking out. I messaged support and their response was almost immediate. I was on the phone resolving the issue within minutes. Shout out to Klaudia who went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.

This app has transformed our business . Before we found Store Pickup and Delivery, there was no practical way for us to offer in store pickups at multiple locations. We just instituted the local delivery functionality (just a few button clicks to set it live) as well which is a lifesaver during the Covid Pandemic -- The tech support team is great too.

This app is awesome, and really fills a void in Shopify, allowing Pick Ups from our Retail locations.

This app consistently works, and doesn't leave a bunch of junk in your account if you need to uninstall (but why would you?).

Support is also very helpful, and quick to resolve any issues you may run into.

I've used a couple of apps that offer Pickup for Shopify, but this one has been the best, by far!

We had a couple of very minor issues, but Sam and Andy were able to fix them for us very quickly.

I would recommend this app over any other Pickup and Delivery app out there!!!!

I've been using this app for several months now. The two things I like best about it are the responsiveness of the support team and the frequent upgrades to the app's functionality. A lot has improved since I started using the app.

It has a lot of flexibility built in and is pretty easy to use. I've also explored other apps that serve the same purpose and found Zapiet's to be far and away the best in terms of customization. The app design is well suited for a food business like mine.
