I can't say enough good things about both this app and the service and support we have received from Andy and Sam. We've been using the app now for almost 3 years and it's only gotten better over time. They truly understand their customers and their needs.
We have been using this app since we started our e-commerce site, and it only gets better. The team is amazing to work with and they make sure they can always meet our needs. Love the new functionality that is constantly added, which only helps us help our customers better. And they went above and beyond to help us customize our site even more in these crazy COVID-19 times. Highly highly recommend!!!
Zapiet's customer support is GREAT. Some of the best support I've had running e-commerce sites. Not only did they answer my questions, but they also suggested and helped me make improvements that I didn't even realize were problems. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them to the Shopify Community.

Managing Apps on Shopify is not always the easiest of tasks, we have been using Zapiet for years now, it is intuitive, logically laid out and has an awesome support team that is very responsive, whenever any questions arise or settings need tweaking which is inevitable they are there night or day.
