The customer service that we received from Stephane today was very clear and helpful. This app allows our bakery to run efficiently with date restrictions and preparation times. It is important for us to have these functions since all of our products are perishable.

I've been using store pickup + delivery for 3 years and it just keeps getting better. Great support, does exactly what I need it to do.

I've been using this app for several months now. The two things I like best about it are the responsiveness of the support team and the frequent upgrades to the app's functionality. A lot has improved since I started using the app.

It has a lot of flexibility built in and is pretty easy to use. I've also explored other apps that serve the same purpose and found Zapiet's to be far and away the best in terms of customization. The app design is well suited for a food business like mine.

Ran into some trouble with internal notifications getting bogged down. Some emails were coming through 30 minutes late, some not at all. Pavlo helped me identify the issue being related to DKIM settings and helped me figure out the solution was in my DNS settings with my hosting service. Excellent customer service from Pavlo!
