Great and responsive customer service. We had several issues regarding compatibility and coding. One of the customer service reps at Zapiet was able to solve the problem over night and we are very appreciative as other delivery date & shipping apps lack some of the major features of Zapiet.

I can't say enough good things about both this app and the service and support we have received from Andy and Sam. We've been using the app now for almost 3 years and it's only gotten better over time. They truly understand their customers and their needs.
We have been using this app since we started our e-commerce site, and it only gets better. The team is amazing to work with and they make sure they can always meet our needs. Love the new functionality that is constantly added, which only helps us help our customers better. So far, so good! We're a florist and gift store, with a need for date and time selection for fresh flowers, yet at the same time we sell non floral goods country wide. Shopify can't support this, and with the help of the awesome Jelizaveta, she was able to quickly sort out the issues I was having (of my own making), and recommend some other things to sort out to make the customer experience seamless and have the store work perfectly. It finally feels like the store is properly working and nearly ready to launch. Thanks so much Jelizaveta!

Zapiet's customer support is GREAT. Some of the best support I've had running e-commerce sites.
