Even though my issue turned out to be a problem with Shopify, Manuel walked me through the issue, how to fix it in the future, and fixed it himself. And we were able to get the problem fixed within an hour of first reaching out.

We were very happy with the installation of Zapiet within our store. It helped us establish a new pickup option. However, an issue arose stemming from the app that harmed the checkout experience. Their support team kicked in, and Sandy did an excellent job not only mending the situation, but enhancing the checkout experience along the way. I would recommend this app for those looking to instal a new pickup + delivery solution that has very streamlined support.

She was very helpful. The Doordash Integration however is frustrating. Doordash has no record of my account, so our orders aren't showing up for them. But the actual Zapiet support has been helpful
