I would recommend this app to anyone that owns their own business and want to offer local delivery or in-store pickup. They are great at helping you out when you first get started to make sure that everything is set up correctly and working as well. If you ever have a problem they are on it right away.

I was getting SUPER frustrated when our check out button wouldn't work the day we were going to launch our Valentines day product for local delivery. Thankfully, Andrew came in to save the day! Not only did he fix our issue, but also edited the widget so it would match our brand better. So thankful for amazing customer service that goes the extra mile! Thank you Andrew!

I recently added this app to my Shopify store as this appeared to be the only product that could fulfil all my requirements for both shipping and collection. It was through the trial period that I made contact with the support, they have been excellent! If you want a great product with great support, look no further.

We've been using the Store Pickup + Delivery app for over 18 months and it has been crucial to our online sales, without it we would not be able to sell our products online! We originally started with one store and it has allowed us to expand our store to three different countries. Andy has been a tremendous help and we could not find any app that could come close to the versatility offered by Zapiet. Great app, great service and support!

Old review:

I was originally having some issues and trying to figure out where I had made an error and finally resorted to emailing support. And I really wish I had just emailed them earlier! My issue was sorted out in one hour! Support had found where I had entered the incorrect code and promptly fixed it for me. Absolutely thrilled with the level of support!

It was quite confusing with the various features that this application offers, but after the 1 hour consultation session, it helped me to clear up the problems I faced, and helped me to understand on how to use the application better. Bogi, my professional consultant assigned to me, was very friendly and helpful, and gave advice and alternatives to problems that Zapiet couldn't implement. Overall, I would recommend this application to anyone who wants a more streamlined approach with rich features!

Amazing app, and amazing team ! Customer support is incredible! They were able to help me implement custom condition in less than 24h. The condition I was looking for was not readily available through the app, therefore they had to created one for me.
To be precise, we were able to create a condition where: x item can't be sold if y item is not in the cart. So thankful for their help ! Update: June 7 2022,
Had another issue, and it was solved within the hour ! Honestly, the best customer service out there!

Best app for delivery, pick-up and shipping. Very rich in features including multi-location snd inventory sync. Great prompt live support.

This has been essential to our Brick-and-Morter Appliance Store. We needed a very simple way to have the customer choose In-Store pickup. Before this app, we had to ask the customer to enter our store's Zip so the sales tax would calculate correctly. As you might expect, the customer never did. When a customer chooses In-Store at the cart now, this app prefills your store's address and hides it, so they are only entering e-mail and phone number information. The app developer, Andrew, has been very responsive and helpful also with a few caveats related to our theme. This was a life-saver!

Simple to use, lot's of features for store pick up and delivery. Inventory sync with Shopify is a huge plus. I would recommend to give it a trial.
