This app is not only great but they have great customer support available to help navigate any questions you may have.

Very disappointed with this app. The app went down about a week ago and it hasn't been functioning properly since then, causing disruption to my business. Getting their support to respond to me is the most challenging task of all. It's been 4 days and 3 follow-ups with no response, not even an acknowledgment that they have received this email. On top of that, their support is only available during European hours. If you are going to be servicing US customers, you should have support during US timezomes. I'm paying for a service where I can't use one of it's most critical features...I'm looking for another solution now.

This app is a critical to the success of my store. Over the past years they have added more functionality that has enabled me to remove unnecessary apps and use Zapiet as a one stop shop.
They are also extremely quick to respond to technical difficulties which sometimes happen on any platform.

Just today my app was having a glitch, and within 5 minutes of me sending a support ticket it was fixed and I was back up and running! Special thanks to Sandy for the fast turnaround!

This app is BY FAR the best pickup + delivery application on Shopify (and I tested many). The functionalities and features are way more advanced than others and the support is second to none. Sam was my main point of contact and he helped me with installation, as well as all other questions I had. He was very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

We use this app for local food deliveries and it works well for our needs. The only problem is that when customers skip the cart and go straight to checkout, the local delivery inputs get skipped as well.

This app is AWESOME, and frankly, we wouldn't have a shop site, if it wasn't for this app. We have 75 locations across Canada, so this app was essential for local pickups at our stores. It has been recently re-designed and looks and works so well.

All that said, the best part about this app is the support and service, which has been outstanding.

We use Zapiet to help our stores with delivery. Zapiet gives us lots of customizable option to set our store just the way we want it. and when we had issues, their support team were great in helping us troubleshoot.

We are actively working to be able to offer realtime support 24 hours a day. Our average response time is currently less than 3 hours with a total resolution time less of than 5, seven days a week.

We also have an emergency telephone number you can call anytime of day should you have a pressing issue :)
