The app is not only insanely good, work-efficient, economical and absolutely perfect, but a certain thing is simply incredible at Store PickUP + Delivery. The support. No matter what kind of question you have. You will be helped. Nobody just leaves you standing. The supporters are trying hard to help you. I had a supporter with whom I talked quite often because I couldn't cope with the app and all the settings at first. Clemency is her name. I have never seen such a supporter in my life. For some, this sounds exaggerated now, but it has helped me so much. I was able to create such a much better shop through her. Thanks again to Clemency and the whole team. This app is fantastic.

We absolutely love using the Zapiet app for our store as it allows us to include pickup and delivery options for our customers! The app is very easy to use and when we've had any questions or need assistance - their support team is INCREDIBLE! INCREDIBLE customer experience from Lisa. 5-stars is not enough to rate her superb customer service. We are a small boutique flower store in the middle of the Pacific, but because we cannot deliver an arrangement, I contemplated jumping on a life raft to sail back to the mainland and hand deliver an arrangement to Lisa to show our appreciation for her help and support. Oh, and the app is pretty great too. Would still recommend.

Works great for store who have multiple sales locations. The postal-code validation feature is a state of the art technology. Customer support is very responsive. I would recommend to everyone who wants to delivery local and has multiple outlets. Just create the system and it will work without any error or your personal intervention. Very helpful support, fixed issues I was having with my theme. Looking forward to using the app and will rate that experience later.

The worst support ever, the product did not work, first they say it‘s due to other plug-ins, and later they say because my theme is not good (it's a five stars theme from theme forest，hundreds of people purchased ), few month now still not working.

The app does everything it promises to do, and support has been awesome. It really helped deal with the issue of pickups vs. local deliveries vs. shipping since we do all three. Highly recommended.

We haven't used the app yet but it looks great and we're very excited. We're reviewing the setup assistance from Bogi who was super knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful!

Lisa from Zapiet Support was amazing to deal with! She helped me with a few issues I had with setting up the app in my theme and also suggested some great ideas to help make the online store customer experience better!

App is not working as well as it used to. I am now having issues with my calculated shipping that I never had before integrating my shipping with their app. Having other issues as well. Support team is pretty quick to respond and has good information, but this app does not work very well to suit my needs, especially for the price. Original:So far, so good. We have only just started using the app, so I can't speak too much about long-term functionality, but it does exactly what the app says it does. Zapiet customer service is AMAZING. I have reached out to them numerous times with questions about setup and whether or not this was the right app for us, they always answered my questions. Today, Ronan helped me when I had a problem installing the app on my theme. Ronan was wonderful and had my problem solved in no time. Thanks again!
