This app is the reason we switched our web hosting over to Shopify. Due to increased delivery demand during covid we needed a system to help with lead times, date pickers, and cutoffs to keep our load under control. The app works as promised and the support staff fixes issues almost immediately. We highly recommend! Updated to note the great customer service we received from Jessica; she was so great and helpful!

This app is the best out there for store pick up and local delivery. Had a couple issues, but Andy and his team helped me out and were so great. Highly recommend.
Great app, offers many configurations and options for delivery and pickup, as well as connecting to carrier rates. Has been mostly reliable over the past year save for 2 small incidents. However, support is top notch. Responses are fast, problems resolved quickly.

The app has been a huge benefit to our store and team, in combination with Delivery Rates By Zip Code app. We unfortunately have an overly complicated local delivery system that we where able to place place in all the rules with the assistance of the Zapiet support team, since some aspects involved additional code and work arounds.
We found this app and tested many other similar ones. What makes Zapiet stand out from the other apps besides the great function is their support team. Marija and the team took such great care in understanding our needs, finding creative solutions to help us. Thank you!! Highly recommend this app.

I have used this app for 1 year now. It's the best app for this solution and I have always found the customer service to be very good and helpful
I was having a little problem and I contacted the customer support. They worked with me until the problem was solved. Jayne was super efficient and very very helpful and she kept checking on me to see if the problem was really solved for good! Thank you!
I just had another amazing customer support experience with Zapiet! Gabriel spent an hour with me troubleshooting am issue that I thought I was having with the Rates app only to learn that the real problem was due to local construction making the distance to a particular customer .5 miles longer than usual and therefore they were all of a sudden outside of our delivery area. He was so patient and kind and great at getting to the bottom of things. I am so grateful to him! I love these apps!!
