Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

I have been using the app for over 12 months now and am very happy. I use it to customise my unique delivery and pick method of my business. I am busy running my business, and the Zapiet team have been extremely helpful and prompt to make changes and updates as I have needed them. I am very appreciative of their support and follow up and would recommend Zapiet to anyone needing a customized check out with great customer service. Thank you Zapiet.

This app is a critical to the success of my store. Over the past years they have added more functionality that has enabled me to remove unnecessary apps and use Zapiet as a one stop shop.
They are also extremely quick to respond to technical difficulties which sometimes happen on any platform.

Just today my app was having a glitch, and within 5 minutes of me sending a support ticket it was fixed and I was back up and running! Special thanks to Sandy for the fast turnaround!

This app is AWESOME, and frankly, we wouldn't have a shop site, if it wasn't for this app. We have 75 locations across Canada, so this app was essential for local pickups at our stores. It has been recently re-designed and looks and works so well.

All that said, the best part about this app is the support and service, which has been outstanding.

This is by far the most important app in our store. Functioning without it would be way more complicated than is now.
We are an eclair store. Customers place orders in advance quite very often. It's August 2021 and latest order to be processed, now in our system, is for May 2022.
Zapiet helps us manage our day to day orders, both with pickup and with Local Delivery.
I have probably tested all the apps offering similar functionality, and this one is by far the best.
Support is amazing, the list of features is quite very long and I have started to appreciate all of them.
The app can be better though. If you will use it long enough you will realize that developers are not using it. They just rely on the customer's feedback to make it better. Because of this, sometimes, there is a difference in what developers think customers will need and what really customers need.
If I would be them I would start a shop to sell real products, just for the sake of feeling what a customer feels.
However, as it is, the app is amazing and extremely valuable for us.
