The best customer support on the app store. Zapiet delivers everything they promise and more. I'm not tech savvy, so they went in and cleaned up some nasty old code on my site. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
We used the app to do our delivery and pickup and it really works great. The support is super fast and very friendly, never too much to ask to help and think with us. Highly recommend :-).

These guys are great! Great app and super quick to respond when you need help installing the app. Looking forward to when they integrate this into ajax pop-ups!

Zapiet has helped us do so much more with offering services to our customers. The amount of customization and flexibility also makes managing an e-commerce store a breeze. The UI is also super intuitive and even if you are a beginner with Shopify, it will be easy to learn. Thanks Zapiet!

I switched to this app from a different app that I had been using for 5 years because I wanted the POS feature. I'm so happy that I did! The customer support has been wonderful. I had a lot of questions as I transitioned and everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me as I got it figured out. Their tutorials are really helpful too. Now I'm able to schedule orders in person on our POS system, and have those orders end up on the same dashboard as our online orders in the App. Makes it much easier to double check orders by pick-up/ delivery date!
