I use this app for store pick up. We are not currently delivering. I wish it integrated better with the Shopify reporting system, as trying to sort to find the pick up date and time on orders is a bit cumbersome. I did require assistance and had a great experience with the IT help person to solve my problem.

The app itself is great and does all I need it to - the product specific cut offs and the ability to add more locations make it second to none. Everyone in the support team I've interacted with has been great, and this time specifically Jessica quickly resolved an issue for me when migrating to a new theme within a matter of minutes

After hours and hours of trying to figure out what was wrong with the widget. I started to realize that there was nothing wrong with the widget but my theme. Krystabel did so awesome in figuring out what was wrong. Definitely would have saved me so much time had I asked in the beginning. Great and lightening fast customer service! A+++

This is by far the most important app in our store. Functioning without it would be way more complicated than is now.
We are an eclair store. Customers place orders in advance quite very often. It's August 2021 and latest order to be processed, now in our system, is for May 2022.
Zapiet helps us manage our day to day orders, both with pickup and with Local Delivery.
I have probably tested all the apps offering similar functionality, and this one is by far the best.
Support is amazing, the list of features is quite very long and I have started to appreciate all of them.
The app can be better though. If you will use it long enough you will realize that developers are not using it. They just rely on the customer's feedback to make it better. Because of this, sometimes, there is a difference in what developers think customers will need and what really customers need.
If I would be them I would start a shop to sell real products, just for the sake of feeling what a customer feels.
However, as it is, the app is amazing and extremely valuable for us.

Really helps to streamline the order flow, allows you to see which orders are local and which are not.
