Actually had my issue resolved within a couple of hours, rather than being palmed off back to Shopify or another app (which is what I've come to expect from most support services).

I was assisted with some major issues to my store by "Krystabel Djajalie", who was incredibly detailed in her responses and very patient with my multiple requests.
