We found this app to fit the specific needs we had for our store to do local delivery and make pickups available. We breakdown delivery charges by zip code and used Zapiet's Delivery rates by zip code app to make that work. We had an issue because of a misconfiguration (missed a setting) and local delivery wasn't working, but Bogi helped out and went back and forth with us to resolve the issue and answer other questions we had. There was a slight delay, this was at the start of all the covid lockdowns and I kind of expected as such. We did have one feature that seemed to work in the last version, that was changed in the most recent version, but the app is very well made and thoughtfully put together. Thanks guys.
The App is very functional, and covers a lot of the surprising gaps and frustrations with Shopify.
Support team for Zapiet has been helpful many times for us - Jessica today was fantastic and went beyond her Zapiet scope to make sure I found solutions.
When this app goes down or has issues, sales cannot go through. it happened once in the past, and now a second time today with a server issue. If it happens once, i can understand but a second time with the same problem is not reasonable for something that stops sales if it doesn't work.

We have had some minor issues to sort out to go live, but they have a great team that works hard to help you get set up and running.
It takes several minutes for a support representative to see your message to respond to your issue.

We are actively working to be able to offer realtime support 24 hours a day. Our average response time is currently less than 3 hours with a total resolution time less of than 5, seven days a week.
We also have an emergency telephone number you can call anytime of day should you have a pressing issue :)

The app is not only insanely good, work-efficient, economical and absolutely perfect, but a certain thing is simply incredible at Store PickUP + Delivery. The support. No matter what kind of question you have. You will be helped. Nobody just leaves you standing. The supporters are trying hard to help you. I had a supporter with whom I talked quite often because I couldn't cope with the app and all the settings at first. Clemency is her name. I have never seen such a supporter in my life. For some, this sounds exaggerated now, but it has helped me so much. I was able to create such a much better shop through her. Thanks again to Clemency and the whole team. This app is fantastic.

INCREDIBLE customer experience from Lisa. 5-stars is not enough to rate her superb customer service. We are a small boutique flower store in the middle of the Pacific, but because we cannot deliver an arrangement, I contemplated jumping on a life raft to sail back to the mainland and hand deliver an arrangement to Lisa to show our appreciation for her help and support. Oh, and the app is pretty great too. Would still recommend.

Works great for store who have multiple sales locations. The postal-code validation feature is a state of the art technology. Customer support is very responsive. I would recommend to everyone who wants to delivery local and has multiple outlets. Just create the system and it will work without any error or your personal intervention.
