Honest review: The platform works great if you use it "as is". Unfortunately there is no technical support number to call and all correspondence is done via email. We finally received support from someone named Sam and he/she was awesome because Sam addressed all the issues as opposed to looking at one support ticket and telling us to file a new ticket for the other issues. It only makes sense that all the issues are addressed because the app is unusable otherwise. Out of the box the app had bugs but Sam fixed them all for us and emailed us when he/she completed each milestone issue in a 4 hour window. This is the tech support we were waiting for. I do recommend this plug in from Zapiet. It is a good solution for restaurants.

We started a pilot project for selling fresh and natural fruits (Indian Mangos to begin with) online (with few local pickup locations option) and for this, we had to use Pickup + Delivery APP. We are impressed and APP is stable enough and we don't have any issues so far.
We had few issues with configuring it initially due to lack of experience. But, Sam and Andy responded to us very well and configured it for us. They even added an extra feature to the APP on our request. Honestly, I am very happy with the support and the APP. Good luck with your Shopify outlet.

The app and service has been great. Highly recommend. Would REALLY love to see a feature that allows you to set a max limit of orders by pickup slot.

This app is brilliant, and the support is even better! Marija was able to take me step by step through how to set things up properly. It's very flexible and powerful and has enabled us to have really flexible shipping rates, dates, options and control the shipping options in the cart based on the shipping option selected in the basket. Hoorah!!

I couldn’t recommend this app or the people who work on it enough. I had an issue trying to set up all products for local pickup. I spoke with Stephane who talked me through it step by step and within less than 10 minutes I knew how to do it!! Quick and Efficient Response. They will help you with any issue you find. Definitely recommend if you have multiple store locations.

Zapiet is working great for our store, we had some issues with the rates by distance, and also an issue with the checkout process, but gave Flora from customer service access as a collaborator and she fixed it in about 15 minutes. Outstanding customer support, so far we havent found a problem they couldnt/didnt fix.
