J'ai utilisé cette application pour pouvoir mettre en place des créneaux et horaires de livraison. Il existe beaucoup de fonctionnalités pour affiner son tunnel d'achat. Le support m'a été d'une grande aide, merci Kitty !

Upon install seemed like it would work great and do what I needed. I am transitioning my business online and can only deliver within a certain radius. I installed and set everything up and when I put a zipcode in the homepage validator it pops up fine per my requirements however, once I get to checkout if I change the address I can still make the purchase even though it is outside the delivery range. Reached out to support and they requested access to my account and I have yet to hear back from them after asking for an update three times. Seemed promising but support is not helpful at all, seems they try to make contact to make it seem like they are resolving your issue only to leave you high and dry.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

Still learning some of the features but so far it helps sort and coordinate orders and deliveries much better than Shopify. Hopefully in the future they will add a date-style that includes the name of the associated weekday, as shown with the order itself, but not on the packing slips or csvs. Jessica was super helpful and patient in working out a lot of the kinks, which is great, because I'll probably be talking to her again as we learn how best to optimize the app.

We use this app to schedule our orders and deliveries. The support team is amazing and helped us set up everything we needed to make the user experience through the checkout a smooth as possible. They are super fast, understand easily and on top they are very friendly. I recommend this app highly. Thanks guys!

Our shop has been using the Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery function for several months now. When we first started using it, Sam at Zapiet was so unbelievably helpful with helping to code the app into our checkout (truly a lifesaver!). The app itself is fairly easy to use and it's been so great telling local customers that they can now save on shipping costs if they are local and want to pick up their products from the store!

Recently, we've run into several orders from customers who have somehow selected the store pickup function and replaced the store address with their home address (in an attempt to get free shipping, we assume). When I emailed Zapiet, Sam responded within a day and looked into the issue we were having. He not only explained what has been happening, but also offered to fix the problem for us! He resolved our store pickup issues with coding changes to our cart in less than 24 hours!

I highly recommend using this app for your shop! And thank you to Sam and Zapiet team for all of your help!!!

I have installed this app to assist our business sell our products in local suburbs only. It is perfect for our requirements. While it is straight forward to set up, when I needed support, the Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery team responded quickly, despite the huge demand at the moment due to Covid-19 situation. Big shout out to Rob P in particular for his support and assistance!

The customer service has been extremely helpful and very polite while I've been figuring everything out! It was hard finding the right app for what we needed for our business, but this seems to be a great fit.

This app has been super helpful in allowing our client to add delivery/pick-up functionality to their site. The support team was responsive and chatted with us about some functionality needed to fit our site and get things running 100%. So far so good!

The support response times for this application with our team have been horrible.
The service team seems to all run in EU time and have zero bandwidth to provide support in NA hours. We've tried calling or chatting even in EU hours and they do not answer, pick up the phone or reply in a timely manner. We had one call back last week and now they've disappeared...
For now,... a lot to be desired. HIGHLY UNRESPONSIVE.
