I really love this app, very helpful and has a lot pf useful stuff for online business. The customer service staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable specially Klaudia Djajalie. Easy to communicate and go extra mile to help me fixed my problem.

Without question, the best curbside, store pickup app in the App Store. We've tried most of them, this is based on experience. The dev/design team at Zapiet thought of every situation and the installation and configuration are simple and provide extensive control over your pickup, local delivery and shipping needs.

We have complicated shipping rules and this app works without any conflict with other 3rd party apps.

Support is nothing short of expeditious, personalized and thoughtful, they want you to be successful.

I've been looking for an app like this for years and I'm so happy to be adding it to my store. It literally does EVERYTHING you need. And the support staff is so awesome and gets right back to you. Jessica in particular worked with me on a tricky issue with my site that I couldn't understand. She was super nice, patient and in time, helped me fix and figure out the problem. I know it's a bit pricier than other date picker apps, but honestly, it's really worth it. A huge time and labor saver.

I use the app I came across an issue, and an answer really fast and the problem was solved within hours they do a Good job everyone should use them!

We used this app since May 2020. In November we started having a lot of issues. Zapiet uses tags for orders. These were missing off some orders and and missed by our staff so customers didn't receive they order which got us bad reviews. The limit on how many deliveries also stopped working. After seeking help from Zapiet they informed me that we was on an old version and they would upgrade me. After the upgrade we were still having issues so swapped to a diffrent delivery system. Zapiet should be upgrading customers now and again and not leave them in the dark. Such a shame because the app was brilliant from May - Oct.

I am really sorry to hear that you had issues with our order tagging service.
We did make some improvements to our order tagging service before November to ensure our system could handle the increased traffic over the holiday period. Unfortunately it took some time to iron out the kinks in the system and a small number of merchants experienced issues.

Our developers have made some huge improvements to our order tagging and order limits services and we are now receiving amazing feedback from merchants that are using these services.

If at any stage you would like to re-install the app please let me know, we would love to have the opportunity to regain your trust and prove that we are the number one pickup and delivery app on Shopify.

I emailed with several support folks that day because I thought I had several different issues. Jessica was very knowledgeble and her fix cleared up all of those issues.

This app has solved a real issue I was having with my stores checkout process. Even once I downloaded it and set everything up, I have asked them for further help with tweaking etc and the team have been extremely responsive and dealt with all my needs. Highly recommend!

We used Zapiet in order to provide our customers with the possibility to select their preferred time slots and dates. Whilst we had a few teething problems regarding how the app integrated with the different elements of the website, these were resolved. Our main point of contact was Ronan who is always extremely helpful, lovely and also goes above and beyond his remit to support us at all times!
