Zapiet ‑ Retirada + Entrega

Our garden club is on its second year of using Zapiet to schedule order pickup on Shopify. It is the only scheduler app that allows for pickup only. Zapiet support is readily available and very pleasant to work with. They are patient with us novices and they are thorough in the work the they do. They provide the necessary tutorial and walk us through the process. We are now ready to open our store.

I using this app with the local delivery store and a zip code validator. So far, so good. I just started and had some questions about the app - Their support is amazing! fast response with great service!

A lifesaver for our delivery logistics (we deliver frozen vegan meals at home). The support is super fast and effective. The inevitable small issues/questions during setup are immediately dealt with by the helpdesk, couldn't have asked for more. I've installed Store Pickup + Delivery app, firstly I modified the code to filter our available products for Pickup but I'm really surprised because after a month later this feature is available to select the product. Great Job Sam and Andy.

We are using this app to deliver locally and set parameters around that. The support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful in tweaking it over the last 30 days as we test its usability. We're very happy now with how it works for us. Especially appreciate that they proactively follow up when I contact them, then get distracted by the many other balls in the air running a business.
