Perfect app for something we needed to make our online store function as we need it to. After install there we needed a minor adjustment, but the support team is really lovely, responded very quickly and fixed it right up!

Had an issue and zapiet fixed it. Called me frantically to apologize. This means everything as a small business owner. If they can resolve small bugs they will have (5) stars.

I've installed Store Pickup + Delivery app, firstly I modified the code to filter our available products for Pickup but I'm really surprised because after a month later this feature is available to select the product. Great Job Sam and Andy.

I recommend to shopify store. install it easy and special thanks to Sam who answered every questions and fast response.

Really great app for my business needs. I was stuck trying to correctly configure my shipping rates and needed to ask for assistance from the team. I was prepared to wait a long time for a response, but Claudia got back to me so quickly and resolved my issue straight away!

Good initial idea but very bad implementation. There are always new bugs. Since today, the delivery date/time requested by the customer is no longer added to the order. I have to develop patches to fix the errors in the Zapiet application!

ZAPIET IS UNRELIABLE!

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

Absolute must have app for our online flower shop. It integrates nicely with the shopify shipping and check out for local deliveries and in store pick up. The support is amazing and answered every question I have to get our site going. Thank you very much!

Very nice app but slightly difficult to get it up and running, but fortunately support team is very helpful and very responsive. App is very customisable you can have certain products delivery only and certain products pickup only, and also customise delivery distance and rate.

Great app with tons of features and flexibility. Great for incorporating local delivery and pickup options for stores. And customer service is superb. Always prompt and helpful at getting minor implementation adjustments solved.

If I can give zero stars, I would. With everything going on, you want your online store to be efficient and streamline. I've put in more tickets to have my issue resolved than orders received! They would escalate and nothing would come of it. Very disappointed!

I'm really sorry to hear of the experience you faced trying to get support from my team. Since the start of COVID-19 crisis we have been hit hard on the support front. Only a couple of weeks ago we was a super small team of six people, with an average response time of 2-3 hours.

Since then everything has changed.

We are now a team of 20 and are still actively recuriting. With the aim of getting our response times back down to the best in the business.

We are currently testing the APP and we've had some hiccups but Zapiet support has been responsive and insightful.
