I had some difficulty installing the app at first but that wasn't anyone's fault - just bad timing. I sent them an email and got a response within 15 minutes and the support they offered was phenomenal! I have never experienced customer service like this from an IT organisation.

I couldn't run our store without this fantastic app. I spent a long time researching this as it's such an important element for us, and I couldn't find any other app that can do what this one does.

In short, a great app with a great support team behind it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We're still in the testing phases, but this app seems to do what it is supposed to do, and do it well!

Installation support via chat with Andrew was not only prompt, but friendly and on a Monday evening no less. Highly recommended!

Edit: had some issues getting this to work correctly (though I fully admit it might be user error) and ended up uninstalling. Will probably revisit with Andrew at a later date.

Double Edit: re-installed and working great, thanks to Andy for being persistent and making sure we were happy.

This App helps my operations team to establish priorities. It also leads my customers to educate and increase their satisfaction.

Excellent app, having tried several similar apps this one is head and shoulders above the rest, exactly what we needed for our store.

Support is superb, had a couple of minor issues and support responded immediately in the evening and worked til midnight to ensure everything was working correctly. Very very impressive, highly recommend Zapiet.

We own a bakery / coffee shop, and use this app to facilitate our same-day and pre-order process. The functionality is great and the support is even better. There are a few missing features for our use case, but when I reach out to support they are able to tell me whether or not these things are on the backlog, which I appreciate very much. We are coming from Toast POS, so Shopify is a big change for us. But, this app is working great and handles our high volume shop really well. Love it!!

The only thing I will say as a "wish list" item, is that we do have to do a few weird and time-consuming work-arounds because of our use case. I would love if we could have the Product Date Restrictions feature support adding entire categories at once, instead of just 1 product at a time. That would save me so much manual work and be a real game-changer for our workflows! Other than that, this app is truly awesome!!

The help support of this app is amazing, Jelizaveta was so patient and worked through many details with me! I had used this app in the past and then recently tried a different app that was a little less expensive but came back to using Zapiet, it it worth every penny.

Great app, it works perfectly to sort orders by time. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Moreover, customer care is truly special. I have never seen such responsiveness and prepared people. Congrats!
