The support we received from Andy at Zapiet has been incredible. We're a start up company and wanted to give our customers the flexibility to select delivery dates and times for their meals to be delivered, as well as giving them the option to pick up their order from our premises.
Sometimes, it can feel like your searching the Shopify app store for something that doesn't exist, but as an out of the box solution, it looks like we may have found exactly what we were after!
No request was too big or small and Andy turned things around in a matter of hours for us meaning we can launch our store without a worry.

Jelizaveta, was absolutely amazing!. She went above and beyond with the support she provided! Not only did she figure out that the issues I was having weren't related to the Zapiet App but also she help me install it in another Theme in minutes. Plus she was also able to provide additional solutions to other unrelated issues. Very knowledgeable and professional with a "Yes, Can Do" attittude.
She had two Zapiet Apps working smoothly in another Theme and did all this in minutes! Unlike my Theme Developer who is yet to reply.

Support team is great however, we have been experiencing some issues related to updates by Shopify that have led to bugs and downtime. When it's working, it works great.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest and thorough feedback.
The issue you experienced with rates, is caused by an update made by Shopify. Shopify has changed the format they send some product data to us in the carrier request so our system was no longer able to process the request properly resulting in rates failing. This affected other apps as well.
As soon as we become aware of the issue, we posted about it on our status page advising merchants to use static rates until Shopify resolves the issue: https://status.zapiet.com/
If there is anything we can do to assist in the meantime, please do let us know and we would be absolutely delighted to help.

I've been using Store Pickup + Delivery for 18+ months now. Our store just updated the Shopify theme and was once again just blown away with how great Store Pickup + Delivery. We've had hundreds of orders choose to pick up in store with no issues to speak of.

I can't say enough good things about this app.
My store just moved to Shopify and Store Pickup + Delivery filled all of our in store pickup needs. It also allowed us to start offering Deliveries with just a few clicks. It was virtually impossible on our last e-comm platform.. Zero headaches, easy setup and support has been outstanding.
I hate the limitations on checkout page (shopify limitations) but I have to admit that Zapiet has one of the best customer supports I ever had.

This app has way more control than the other pickup+delivery scheduling/management apps out there, and the dashboard is super easy to learn to use. You can set specific dates/times for local delivery vs pickup vs shipping, unique for every single location. If you want, there're also many ways to code in additions to the 'backend' workings as well as front end visuals. Plus the support team is knowledgable and available to have a proper discussion to help.

Previous review was positive, but I have to edit it as after using the app for a few months we have experienced numerous issues that can never seem to get fixed, and support, though responsive, can never solve.
We are constantly having issues with customers selecting pick up. Some products cause pick up options to disappear for no rhyme or reason. Whenever I bring it up to support, they ask about all the other apps we are using, when clearly zapiet is the issue as this has nothing to do with our other apps. They escalate the issues, and then something 'magcically' gets fixed, but it is a temporary fix, and the issue then comes back.. and we start the process again. I am frustrated but have no other options then to keep working through these issues. As a small business, having to constantly go back and fourth to deal with these issues is time consuming and frustrating. Hope they can improve this part of the app.
OLD REVIEW: Great easy to use and so much better than any other options! Integrates with everything you need. Customer support actually knows what they are talking about too and very quick to respond.
