I have requested help countless times regarding daily order limit and no answer. This has gone on for over a month. Perhaps this one star review will get your attention. We delivery the product we sell and can only deliver so much in a day. The daily limit is set but the orders keep adding up over and above the limit. I have to continually monitor and then block the day when it is too full. This needs to be fixed. paramount-nursery-inc.myshopify.com

We love the layout of Zapiet. It took a little bit of time to set up and ensure everything was working / looked right for our website, however the Zapiet support team were really helpful and quick to respond to any questions and coding that was needed. Would recommend.

Support are great and respond quickly. I would love the option to bulk manage locations, other than that. Great application. Bogi specifically has been very helpful! :)

We offer the ability to edit locations via CSV import for merchants on the Pro plan, however we do understand that where this works great for one business, it may not for another. We are constantly working on improving the the app based on our merchants' feedback about the features they want to see, so thank you for letting us know that this would be useful for you.

We have been using this plugin for a couple years as it is the only option that suits our unique needs. When it works, it works great. The problem is it goes through waves of not working. This has only become worse in the last few weeks.

Support is slow and they never take ownership of the faults in the app. I have provided evidence and shown how I have replicated issues that customers have had and will still receive feedback such as:

"It looks like the customer is doing ...." or "Shopify doesn't let us..."

It is obvious that the majority of issues stem from their servers being overloaded and lagging.

This app is responsible for significant losses in income for our business in the last month and we have chosen to wear the costs of converting to a different platform just to avoid using this app.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

This app is awesome. It met all of my needs for setting delivery area, price minimum, and set specific delivery needs.
However, their customer service is hands down the best I have experienced. I have not been let down once from any of the Zapeit team but am consistently and pleasantly surprised each time that I chat with them as they help improve my shop with their recommendations as I go. Thanks, Zapiet team, you guys rock!

UPDATE 21st October 2021 - I'm so impressed with the support available on this app. Lisa has just spent hours patiently walking me through my shipping rates and dealing with my lack of knowledge! All my issues have been solved and I couldn't recommend Zapiet more. Thank you! This app does everything I need it to do, it's brilliant, especially the delivery date picking option! I also can't rate the customer service highly enough. Just spoke with Chloé and she's resolved all my issues quickly and easily, and updated my app to the latest version so now its working perfectly!

This app solved my online orders issues - click and collect with preparation time, home delivery with preparation time and multiple area zones based off postcodes, and shipping options for selected products. The team at Zapiet were super helpful in giving me advice and assistance in getting it to function as I wanted on my theme. Really thankful I came across this app and I would recommend it if you have similar requirements and need some help along the way.
