We haven't used the app yet but it looks great and we're very excited. We're reviewing the setup assistance from Bogi who was super knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful!

App is not working as well as it used to. I am now having issues with my calculated shipping that I never had before integrating my shipping with their app. Having other issues as well. Support team is pretty quick to respond and has good information, but this app does not work very well to suit my needs, especially for the price. Original:So far, so good. We have only just started using the app, so I can't speak too much about long-term functionality, but it does exactly what the app says it does. Zapiet customer service is AMAZING. I have reached out to them numerous times with questions about setup and whether or not this was the right app for us, they always answered my questions. Today, Ronan helped me when I had a problem installing the app on my theme. Ronan was wonderful and had my problem solved in no time. Thanks again!

We wanted to let you know some great news - in response to your feedback, we have developed an alternative solution for rates, which doesn't require adding the Shopify Carrier Service API to your plan!

It also doesn't require adding an unnecessary product to the cart, or use the Draft Orders API, which means we can maximise compatibility with other apps with this new rates feature.

Both Sam and Andy were beyond helpful. I needed the icons in the middle of the Cart page, whereas it was on the right side and it just didn’t look good. I wrote them and the issue was resolved within 48 hours. Yes, you heard it right, just under 48 hours, it was done. And the result was beyond my expectation. If you are ever considering Local Pickup or Delivery, don’t think twice. Thank you guys for making it so much easier.

I have been using this plug-in for two weeks. It started off buggy and then it just got worse... a lot worse. Now, I cannot process any orders without manually inputting them to navigate my customers passed a forced shipping charge. I reached out to Zapiet customer service and also had Shopify reach out to them, which they did. Zapiet's customer service experience is HORRENDOUS. They have responded to me once over a course of two weeks and the response was generic - absolutely no help to my actual issue. Do NOT waste your time. It's a trap.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

I dont know if it's the current times or excess use, and I have tried to be patient, but this app has failed us during critical lunch hour peaks now three times over the past 3 weeks. Customers are not able to select a day or time to check out for hours and sometimes It stops working for the rest of the day.

I would definitely recommend reaching out to the Zapiet team for any setup support. My point of contact, Charlie, has been super helpful and has answered all my queries. Response time has been speedy making the app installation nice and smooth.

I used this app to help with my pick up times and dates. It works amazing and when I was having trouble with a feature I reached out and they quickly worked with me to show me how to do it. Excellent Customer service and very quick and eager to help
