Jayne Forde is a legend among legends. A true scholar and gentlewoman. Not only, did she do the update I asked her to do on the day I asked her to do it, she did it before I even realised it had been done. That is some real time travel esque like skills. Jayne, I salute you.

I had an issue that was preventing key customers from being able to place orders. Rather than just providing blanket responses and trying to send me off to fix the issue on my own, Leo took the time to look into my settings and help make the corrections needed to get my cart back up and running. I really appreciated him being so patient and helpful.

We have been using this app for years and love it. The features are great. Really expands upon Shopify's rather lackluster in-store pick-up options out-of-box.

We are currently upgrading to a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme and had an issue with the widget not showing up on the cart page. I contacted support and Diego was extremely helpful. He had the issue fixed in just a few minutes. Thanks Zapiet team for the continued support!

We are using this app to manage our Home Delivery (via carrier) and our Neighborhood Delivery (to community sites such as schools, churches, and site-hosts). It works perfectly for our unique need. To top it off... Customer Care / Support has been absolutely stellar! We had some additional help and their team were quickly there to make sure we got this up and running the way we needed it to. Big Thanks To Andy and the rest of the team at zapiet!
