Zapiet ‑ Retirada + Entrega

This app is the reason we switched our web hosting over to Shopify. Due to increased delivery demand during covid we needed a system to help with lead times, date pickers, and cutoffs to keep our load under control. The app works as promised and the support staff fixes issues almost immediately. We highly recommend! Updated to note the great customer service we received from Jessica; she was so great and helpful!

This app is the best out there for store pick up and local delivery. Had a couple issues, but Andy and his team helped me out and were so great. Highly recommend.

I own a catering business, my customers can order take-away meals. This app is an excellent addition to my Shopify to handle very specific pick-up dates. The chat support is very handy, and I get very good advice and answers to all my questions, even if you're not very technical.

Andy and the team at Zapiet have done a great job with Store Pickup + Delivery, and provide nothing short of the most courteous & timely support for it. They helped us get the app setup correctly, pointed out a liquid error in our template (remember, no && operators in liquid folks!), and provided details on their product roadmap for features we'd like to see in the app. Hands down my favorite app devs on the Shopify app store. Great app, offers many configurations and options for delivery and pickup, as well as connecting to carrier rates. Has been mostly reliable over the past year save for 2 small incidents. However, support is top notch. Responses are fast, problems resolved quickly.

The app has been a huge benefit to our store and team, in combination with Delivery Rates By Zip Code app. We unfortunately have an overly complicated local delivery system that we where able to place place in all the rules with the assistance of the Zapiet support team, since some aspects involved additional code and work arounds.

Our customers love this app. Having local pickup available in our store has definitely increased conversions and customer satisfaction. Be aware that when using PayPal Checkout will cause minor issues with transactional e-mails (due to PayPal's limitations, not Zapiet's fault), however we usually just manually follow-up with customers who use PayPal with the local pickups and it's fine. Otherwise, totally awesome app.

Certainly solved delivery date confusion during covid. Only downside is the cost when converting to a weak Aussie dollar. Tech support by flora has been amazing. She Earnt them an extra star!
