This is a great store pickup + delivery app! The support team is very quick to respond and is always very friendly and helpful.

An honorable mention to Jessica - she is extremely helpful and is very prompt in her replies! She's versatile in her explanations and does a fabulous job adapting information so it's easily understood by those who may not be technologically inclined.

Great app and even better customer service. Andy was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to make sure the app was working perfectly for us. Highly recommended!

Zapiet works well for us and their customer service and support are fantastic. We always have a quick response despite being located in a different timezone to the Zapiet team, and they suggest extra modifications to help us run more smoothly. Very appreciated.

Andrew has been SO HELPFUL. I emailed him asking if he could integrate this app with Enitures "WWEX Freight LTL" Shipping App and he has been corresponding with Paul (Owner at Eniture) to help get the integration. I will be able to offer Will Call for my customers now through my website. Thank you guys so much! I really appreciate all your help, you've gained a customer for life!

This app has literally transformed my website! Not only has it offered my customers the ease of scheduling pick ups and deliveries, but the customer service is top notch! I have used this app for years, since the days when it was just starting, and to see it improve over the years as it adjusts to the demands of shopkeepers has just been phenomenal. I am impressed that their customer service now extends beyond the european time zones. Klaudia has been a tremendous help this evening as I worked through configuring the language around my customer checkout experience. She stayed with me even though I had to take an hour break from my computer to help my kids! That is unheard of! It's nearly impossible to get the same person in dealing with any sort of customer support these days, which usually means you are explaining your situation to five different people. Klaudia walked me through everything so patiently. I always appreciate how Zapiet customer service reps teach me how to do things myself and also offer to do things for me that I might feel uncomfortable with (like coding). Thank you to the whole Zapiet Staff! My favorite Shopify app by far!

I have used several shipping apps now and have been using Zapiet for about 6 months and I love it. It is super easy to set up and use and I recently added another custom options app to my website which was interfering with the shipping functionality. Stephane from Zapiet jumped in there straight away and was able to assist in solving the issue in a matter of minutes. Super happy with the support received and definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking to add some great shipping options to their website!
