Zapiet has been a wonderful app to solve our unique shipping, local delivery, and in-store pickup options. The back end is very intuitive with lots of customization.
Their support team has been amazing, especially Jeanette! She responded quickly and took the time to hop on a call with us to work through any issues we were running into.

Outstanding Support from Leo at Zapiet!
I was going around in circles trying to fix a frustrating “No stores available with your item” error at checkout, and Leo jumped in with first-class support from start to finish. He patiently walked me through the issue, identified the conflict with Shopify’s native pickup option, and not only resolved it but also tidied up the flow and wording at checkout — even modifying the theme code to make everything look perfect.

Zapiet solves my small businesses local delivery logistics issues, along with the associated communications. Allows our customers to select both pick up and delivery dates. Compared to other apps, it is easy to set up. I did it fairly quick and got it integrated into my store. The AI support Zach, is quite good. Helped my troubleshoot. Live tech support is available very quickly. I worked with Krystabel who was terrific! Recommend the app.

She was very helpful. The Doordash Integration however is frustrating. Doordash has no record of my account, so our orders aren't showing up for them. But the actual Zapiet support has been helpful

Actually had my issue resolved within a couple of hours, rather than being palmed off back to Shopify or another app (which is what I've come to expect from most support services).
