Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

I am not tech savvy but the customer service across the board helps me figure out if app is being buggy and resolves issue in real time. It is not often that we experience this level of high quality service in this industry. Totally worth my hard earned money. Try it out but make sure the app interface is working on mobile as well it is on your desktop because that's where the problem is likely to happen.

This app is so essential to my business and it fulfils its purpose to the max. The customer service is AMAZING whenever we have a quick question or a tech issue, Betty and the team are straight on it, willing to help and always able to resolve our queries. A supremely useful app. We mainly use the scheduler feature but it's essential for our shop. This group has easily some of the very best customer support as well, so if you have questions or any issues you can expect personable, considerate and thorough support pretty much any time of day. The Zapiet app is excellent — very user-friendly and powerful. While there are still a few small issues that can be improved, today I faced some technical challenges and the support I received was outstanding.
