It's the best app in the market for delivery solution, it's look nice, it's run very good and the support team it's amazing we use it for a cheese market, and all our costumer love that they can pick up a date and hour for delivery, and we love that we can know when they want their products :)

Great features, amazing support team, and very easy to adjust according to your needs! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to offer local delivery and/or pickup from their stores.
I found this app SUPER easy to set up and it gave me the exact customization I needed. When I got stuck on something, the customer support team literally replied and had it fixed within minutes!! Our store hasn't gone live yet, but from our test orders etc the app seems to be working perfectly and is a really great addition to our store.
Five stars not just for the app, but also for Jessica from customer support who immediately identified the issues I was having and provided quick solutions. Would recommend

Not saying this is the perfect pickup solution. But it is the best one I can find. I really like it's bulk orders status editor and pickup security code. Hope it will continue to improve on its pickup only mode in future. Also, the supportive staff is really helpful and responsive.
Great app, especially with the latest update. The customer service has been top drawer. More than happy to help at any step of the way. Would highly recommend this app to anyone trying to juggle standard delivery, click-and-collect and local delivery.
The app is great but that's not the reason you pay the monthly fee, you pay the monthly fee for the 5 star support! If you run into any issues they will fix it fast and guide you through it so you can get back to running your business.

This is an updated review just after 6-7 hours. I went to bed around 2am not being able to figure out the issue my store was having. I woke up to an email from the support team asking if they could personally onboard my shop with your app. Although their app is a bit more expensive, the support itself was well worth the extra expense. My store is now up and running with customer purchasing and they are having a streamlined process. I'm excited to get this going and serve my community.

It’s Andy here the Founder of Zapiet! Thanks so much for your feedback. I am so sorry for the delayed reply from my support team. They have been absolute inundated with support requests recently as merchants try and switch to pickup/delivery first. We are doing everything we can to speed things up.

Although our app is a little more costly than the competition, it is for very good reason. I’m sure once I get you setup you’ll absolutely love our solution.

I had a bit of trouble with my checkout flow (only allow pick up and also to not enable shipping) and the rep, Jessica, really helped me. She even brought up things I was not aware that I might want to change so that's even better. Everything was clear and fast. Great support.
