I had an issue that was preventing key customers from being able to place orders. Rather than just providing blanket responses and trying to send me off to fix the issue on my own, Leo took the time to look into my settings and help make the corrections needed to get my cart back up and running. We have been using this app for years and love it. The features are great. Really expands upon Shopify's rather lackluster in-store pick-up options out-of-box.

We are using this app to manage our Home Delivery (via carrier) and our Neighborhood Delivery (to community sites such as schools, churches, and site-hosts). It works perfectly for our unique need.
