This app solved a complicated shipping issue we required for a quick launch date and the support was so amazing! They helped us the entire way though getting it installed and helping us test different variables. They really saved the day all while being so friendly the whole time too! Can't reco enough :)

All the settings and restrictions we needed to run a very complicated holiday operation, fulfulling in one location for pickup at another. Some of the beta settings still need improvement (limiting pickups/delivery per window), but support has been very responsive. Constantly adding new 3rd party delivery services too.

Clemency went on and beyond helping us setup the app to workaround some basic issues with Shopify POS (two locations result in double shipping costs and no pickup availability when ordering items from both locations).
