Straightforward to use and their helpdesk (Pavlo, Gab and the rest of the Team!) is always quick to help!
Some functionalities could be perfected (like setting date restrictions based on Product Collections to make it swifter and not on each product separately), but overall a good app, works well with Intuitive Shipping for calculating our delivery rates, as well as setting up some special delivery rates (festive etc.) :)

Timely responses, good support. We do a lot of business through local delivery routes, and unfortunately Shopify doesn't have great native functionality for this, but the Zapiet app makes this easier and more intuitive for our customers.

This app and the tech support are life savers for any business with delivery dates! Love love love. We used to be with a different app for 5 years but were not happy with a few things, switched to Zapiet and fell in love. So much in terms of functional things and possibilities - this app literally runs our business and open doors to the new sales opportunities.
