Outstanding customer support. Sam helped us make a few tweaks specific to our theme and responded quickly and followed through with everything he said he'd do. We are only using the pick-up feature, and have yet to put our site live, but I know we are in good hands. Love the customizability of the button design. What could I say? These guys are fantastic! Great app! We had a lot of nuances and twists and rules that we wanted to implement. Local delivery, store pickup, tier 1 of shipping and your general shipping options through FedEx.
They took their time to understand my business and figure out the best solution. They made what seemed like scrambled eggs into a perfect omelet.

This is the ideal app : easy to integrate and perfect for specific delivery needs such as limiting delivery districts and slots of time, that could be very interesting for foodtech websites.
In addition, the sales support was more than efficient, always available with useful explanations.
Furthermore, there are a lot of new features to be published since they work very hard in improving the app ...

Having a brick and mortar store, we needed to have store pick up and a shipping option available to our customers and the app allowed us to do just that in a simple effective way. The support was fantastic, very professional and timely. We ran into some trouble with the installation and Zapiets' support team tweaked the code to better match our theme. I would definitely recommend it.

I compare this app as i compare an android phone to an iphone. This app has every function and they are still adding more. It is versitile and can be adapted to your needs. Their customer service is fast and very helpful. I would like to see a fixed price for long term users, as it can be seen as expensive long term. Highly recommended.
