We've used this app since day one for our pickups and delivery options. Now with the COVID-19 restrictions, we have had a relatively seamless transition into the world of contact-less commerce. Great support. Great app.

I am so impressed with the Zapiet app. Andy and Sam have done an amazing job understanding customers and making sure it is full of useful features. Best part is they are continually working on new features and so just when you think it perfect it actually gets better! I highly recommend to anyone looking to increase sales by offering local delivery, store pick-up and/or shipping.

We originally started with one store and it has allowed us to expand our store to three different countries. I was originally having some issues and trying to figure out where I had made an error and finally resorted to emailing support. And I really wish I had just emailed them earlier! My issue was sorted out in one hour! Support had found where I had entered the incorrect code and promptly fixed it for me. Absolutely thrilled with the level of support!

Their Tech support is always exceptional. Whenever we've had issues, they've always helped to sort them out as quickly as possible.
