It rarely works, and when it does, it's very confusing. Our staff keeps finding orders that have been fulfilled in Zapiet but don't get updated in Shopify. And we have to keep training them to use Zapiet ONLY for in-store pickup orders or local delivery orders, but to use Shopify for UPS orders.
That said, this type of incomplete, poorly planned app integration seems to be the standard at Shopify. If I knew a year ago what I know today, I would not have chosen this suite of poorly planned products. And, to rub salt in the wound, the monthly license fees border on rapacious, even if the product actually worked well.

The app allows you to be able to customize how you want to engage with your customers through store pick up and delivery options. While it took some getting used to the app set up at first, the customer service was 5 star and they were available and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. Highly recommend.

I just completed the initial setup for Zapiet together with Angelo. We have quite a complex setup with local deliveries, national shipping, and a pickup option. Angelo helped me exceptionally well, and we’re about 90% done with what we wanted. I’ll finish the final phase tomorrow, but for now, nothing but praise for the app and the excellent customer service.

I would give this zero stars if I could. We installed the app, and it broke our store. Customers could no longer checkout. The standard shopify button was just dead. They blamed Shopify. Their app leaves code even after you deinstall it. This resulted in finger pointing between the app and Shopify. Meanwhile we are losing business by the minute. I would give this app minus stars if that option were available.

The Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery app is essential to my store, and I continue to be happy with the functionality and customer service. The team is responsive and incredibly helpful - I recently dealt with both Gabriel and Betty, and they were quick to escalate and resolve my integration issue. We use this app across all our stores as we use multiple carriers and different delivery days for each. Easy to use, works perfectly for us, has majorly improved our customer experience, and their support is always very helpful when we come across issues or need to see how it can integrate with apps we add on.
