Zapiet ‑ 取货 + 送货

The service we received from the Zapiet Store Pick up + Delivery team was excellent (Clemency- Thanks! Stephanie- Thanks!) We wanted to hide pick up times during Christmas Week and especially on 12/24/22 because we are closing early on that day (which is Christmas Eve). I did a work around and cut off pick up on every Saturday at 2 pm in December but thats not great for busy Saturdays. I reached out to Zapiet explaining that we want to hide pick up time slots on a particular date. They fixed it up in a jiff. Thank you! from, FATAPPLE'S Bakery - Berkeley & El Cerrito California USA

The support is second to none, Sam has always been just an E-mail away with advice and and helping hand along the way. Carlsberg don’t make Shopify Apps but if they did......

We only use a small subset of the functionality of this app - the ability for customers to select a delivery date for their orders - but it works very well for us. The most important things is the quality of the customer support. Their team (notably Kitty) have gone above and beyond for us multiple times to help with customised solutions to problems specific to our business.

I used this app for Local Delivery, It had almost all the features that I needed except one small feature to select a region from a dropdown list instead of typing the exact postal code or city name etc.

Other than that, the App is simply great and saves you a lot of time.
Support is very nice, Pamela Toni was great to answer all my queries and provided me much needed assistance. She made me love this app. :)

Jessica from support chat was AMAZING - we had a couple of major issues causing both our staff and customers a lot of confusion - she was able to solve both in less than an hour while also fixing a couple of our other buggy issues. I could not give her any higher praises!
