I have the best support I could ask for to get our pickup and delivery set up. From email support to getting on a call, they have held my hand the whole way. Not only getting us set up but helping us understand it as well. Thank you Zapiet!

This is my first review of any Shopify app, and with good reason. I am incredibly reluctant to offer my opinion on any app as none have stood out enough for me to do so.

I can say, without a doubt, Store Pick Up and Delivery is the best app on the market. The incredibly customer service is a testament of how solid the boys background knowledge in the delivery/pickup field is.

Specifically, Sam has helped me get not 1 or 2, but 88 post codes (zip codes) up and running in my store for Local Delivery within the Perth Metro area, all within a extremely tight deadline.

The app support was incredibly supportive, detailed, easy to understand and nurturing.
No request was too big or difficult to handle, and anything that was not able to be handled within this app, a valid solution was offered.

I have loved having this app installed in my store and have tried many many others.

I have been using the solution for around a year now, great app and great support team. It is a bit pricy but it is definitely worth it!

I recently got this app, the customer support so far has been excellent, it's an easy to use app however if you aren't sure on something the customer support team are there to help :)

The app is great but the development team working behind it is absolutely incredible!

We had a very specific use-case that we wanted to put in place. Despite the confusing scenario Ronan and his team were very quick to respond to all of our questions and created a fantastic, robust solution for our shop.

This app works great, has all the options you should need for a local delivery service. The support is AMAZING, I usually receive a reply and a fix within an hour. Keep up the good work guys!

I had some difficulty installing the app at first but that wasn't anyone's fault - just bad timing. I sent them an email and got a response within 15 minutes and the support they offered was phenomenal! I have never experienced customer service like this from an IT organisation.

I couldn't run our store without this fantastic app. I spent a long time researching this as it's such an important element for us, and I couldn't find any other app that can do what this one does.

In short, a great app with a great support team behind it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We're still in the testing phases, but this app seems to do what it is supposed to do, and do it well!

Installation support via chat with Andrew was not only prompt, but friendly and on a Monday evening no less. Highly recommended!

Edit: had some issues getting this to work correctly (though I fully admit it might be user error) and ended up uninstalling. Will probably revisit with Andrew at a later date.

Double Edit: re-installed and working great, thanks to Andy for being persistent and making sure we were happy.
