Amazing app and Andy is great with customer service and helped me fix the issues we were having immediately! :-)
Sandy and Kitty helped me all day today and they have been understanding, helpful, patient and very professional.

This app is brilliant, and the support is even better! Marija was able to take me step by step through how to set things up properly. It's very flexible and powerful and has enabled us to have really flexible shipping rates, dates, options and control the shipping options in the cart based on the shipping option selected in the basket. Hoorah!!

I couldn’t recommend this app or the people who work on it enough. I had an issue trying to set up all products for local pickup. I spoke with Stephane who talked me through it step by step and within less than 10 minutes I knew how to do it!! So happy and impressed with the efficiency, friendliness and helpfulness of the team who work for this app. Thank you again Stephane!!

Zapiet is working great for our store, we had some issues with the rates by distance, and also an issue with the checkout process, but gave Flora from customer service access as a collaborator and she fixed it in about 15 minutes. Outstanding customer support, so far we havent found a problem they couldnt/didnt fix.
