I have only just moved to this app but I am very excited. It seems to have already solved many of my issues as a business. Jessica on the support chat very patiently helped me solve a couple of issues and was absolutely brilliant! Starting an online shop is a new element of my business and she was so patient and great. I feel very confident in using this app now.

OMG! What a life saver! The ability to let some products be shipped and some for local delivery is brilliant. You can select delivery schedules, cut off times and select the areas you deliver to. The customer service is INCREDIBLE. Ask for Bogi she is an absolute hero!

The Zapiet team has continued to make progress and improvements, increasing reliability and quality of service in the last few months, and we appreciate their commitment and assistance. Zapiet is certainly the best pickup/delivery system on Shopify I'm aware of!

Update 1 (4/2020):
After 1 week of launching, noticing a large number of bugs:
1] dropped delivery orders
2] dispatched orders that remain unfulfilled in Shopify
3] widget doesn't dynamically update when cart items are added/removed

Support team unfortunately hasn't been responsive in getting these issues fixed and our operations team is suffering. Good luck.
