This app does exactly what we need it to do, and the support is awesome! We had a few questions that they were able to help us with quickly.
This app is a great concept and our store depends on it to integrate pickup and delivery, but good luck if you ever have an issue and need support!
We spent the entire holiday season trying to get help with Zapiet order issues and two weeks later with the holiday season behind us still no "support"

It appears that you had a little trouble getting our Deliv integration activated on your store. There are several steps involved in getting the integration up and running, and multiple teams involved in the process. So it can take a little while to configure, especially during the holiday season. We are actively working with the Deliv team to streamline the setup process as much as possible.

After 2 yrs of trying to figure out why they don't offer actual US support during US hours, I am now losing business due to their lack of response. Since it takes 24 hrs for response, and only on UK time, I'm removing it. I need an app that actually has US or scheduled support, and phone # which they do not, and help for my business. Not worth the $

We are a UK based company but do offer extended hours of support into US timezones now with our team growing significantly this past year. We now have coverage from 8am-8pm EST Monday-Friday and 9am - 6pm through weekends, and are rapidly working our way towards been able to offer 24 hour global support. Our average response time is currently less than five hours.
Saying that this week has been a challenge as the majority of our team have been attending the annual Shopify’s Developers conference to learn about the latest updates on how we can make Store Pickup + Delivery better and more feature rich in the future.
We also now have an inbound support number (+1 (718) 568-5560) that is available for you to call anytime should you require urgent assistance.

This app is an absolute must for any shop that does pick up and deliveries. The user interface is sleek and professional looking. Customizability and scalability is great too with Sam and his team always tweaking and making it better. Sam is the man. He's brilliant and works hard to make this an amazing app. The support is excellent as well. He really made time for me and helped to make sure everything was up and running. Store Pickup + Delivery is worth every penny. All good!
This app was a life-saver when the pandemic first hit. It is fairly easy to set up and it works with Bespoke Shipping. What has started to become frustrating is the dashboard and support. Over time, more and more old orders have started to hog the front page of the dashboard where it used to have the newest orders first. I messaged support and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Another issue is that every user essentially has admin credentials. Given that this is meant to serve businesses with multiple locations, that should be a higher priority to ensure staff doesn't mess with settings.

We're terribly sorry to know that you had a bad experience with the order view in the app.
Instead of copying Shopify's Orders view, we wanted to offer an added value and use our orders tab to filter and search for orders that have a date applied by our widget. However, we can absolutely see that for a business like yours, providing the ability to search and find orders without dates on our dashboard is equally important. Our development team is already exploring the use of the order created date for those orders.
As for the staff accessing all the settings of the app, Shopify's staff account permissions are limited to the main tabs in the admin panel of Shopify and do not cover the inside tabs of the app. By giving access to the Apps section to your staff they will be able to access all the settings of any app, not just ours.

Our customers love this app. Having local pickup available in our store has definitely increased conversions and customer satisfaction. Be aware that when using PayPal Checkout will cause minor issues with transactional e-mails (due to PayPal's limitations, not Zapiet's fault), however we usually just manually follow-up with customers who use PayPal with the local pickups and it's fine. Otherwise, totally awesome app.
The app is great but that's not the reason you pay the monthly fee, you pay the monthly fee for the 5 star support! If you run into any issues they will fix it fast and guide you through it so you can get back to running your business.
