Gar nicht so leicht alles richtig einzustellen. Aber der Support hilft super schnell. Bei einem Update hatte sich irgendwas umgestellt; der Support hat es sofort behoben. Klare Empfehlung!

This app has been beneficial to us and the customer service is great! They have helped me with a few issues I was having in my specific circumstances. Due to some limitations to the Shopify platform, we didn't quite get all the functionality I need out of the app. However, they got me as close to how I want it to run as possible and for that I give them 5 stars!

Our store has pick up, local delivery and shipping available. Each collection qualifies for different shipping. I.e. some collections only can be shipped while others can only be for local delivery or pickup. While this function isn't available out of the box, the Zapiet team was super helpful in writing some custom code to do exactly what we needed and followed up to ensure they got it right! Their team have me great confidence.

I manage a locally owned juice bar in Texas. This app is perfect for our needs as we offer delivery on some items and pickup on others. We're able to customize pick up times and days as well. Jessica with the customer service team has been phenomenal about answering my questions promptly and thoroughly. It has taken a few days to get everything sorted but that's only because I'm battling with a lot of existing coding on my site. Otherwise it would have been much quicker to implement. I highly recommend this app!

This app has way more control than the other pickup+delivery scheduling/management apps out there, and the dashboard is super easy to learn to use. You can set specific dates/times for local delivery vs pickup vs shipping, unique for every single location. If you want, there're also many ways to code in additions to the 'backend' workings as well as front end visuals. Plus the support team is knowledgable and available to have a proper discussion to help.

Shopify you can setup real quick and with the Zapiet extension it becomes a great tool for managing your sales. Good app, great support!
