Jessica with Zapiet is one of the best support agents/experiences I've ever had. We have a lot of apps that we use with Shopify and every time I need help I email and immediately get a response and she even makes updates for me which is super helpful when we're moving quickly and time is limited. The solution is super flexible and has worked perfectly for our complex shipping and delivery needs. I HIGHLY recommend using this app.

We were very happy with the installation of Zapiet within our store. It helped us establish a new pickup option. However, an issue arose stemming from the app that harmed the checkout experience. Their support team kicked in, and Sandy did an excellent job not only mending the situation, but enhancing the checkout experience along the way. I would recommend this app for those looking to instal a new pickup + delivery solution that has very streamlined support.

I was assisted with some major issues to my store by "Krystabel Djajalie", who was incredibly detailed in her responses and very patient with my multiple requests. My store had a critical checkout issue and she fixed it overnight not just for this store but for my other 2 stores as well in a very timely manner.
