ok. This is the best tech support I have ever worked with. Answered all my questions, analyzed my settings, helped me make adjustments and even would send detailed custom instructions. Very very helpful!

We had some issues installing this app, mostly cause we're using a third-party theme I think, but once the helpful support helped us out, it works great!

I lost HUNDREDS of dollars in sales. Slow response time. Used this for months and constantly had issues. This week, many of my customers just couldn't check out because the app was randomly deciding when certain products could be shipped or not. Now I have remnants of the app left behind and have errors on my site after deleting the app... So disappointed.

When my team has asked for additional information to help diagnose the issue it appears there was a delay of 2 days in you looping back to us? Hi Mike,

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review on the app store. Our refund policy regarding app charges aligns with that of Shopify, that being that app charges are non refundable. However, we understand that each situation is different and we are always willing to go the extra mile to support our merchants. Unfortunately in this case you had the app installed many months past your use date that seen us unable to issue a refund or a credit. I understand that you are a seasonal store and I have reached out to you personally to understand if there is anything more we can do to support you.
