Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Zapiet have created a very comprehensive app with Store Pickup and Delivery. We did test drive every pickup and delivery app in the app store and none came close as far as functionality, documentation and presentation. We have had an extremely positive experience with Zapiet Customer Support. They respond in a timely fashion and have gone the extra mile to help us out with every query and request. Highly recommended!

Features: The application boasts a commendable array of features.
Implementation: However, the execution of these features is inadequately defined.
Documentation: The provided literature lacks clarity, presenting challenges for user navigation.
Glitches: Occasional glitches can be anticipated, which is common for most applications.
Customer Support: A significant shortfall is the customer support. Initial interactions are with a chatbot, often redirecting users to convoluted help pages.
Price Point: Given its pricing, a more streamlined and intuitive setup is expected.
Potential: The app has the promise to become a leading player in the delivery and pickup sector but falls short in critical areas.

Highly recommend this app. As a florist, this app makes it so easy to manage local pickup and delivery and the support has been so prompt and helpful--truly above and beyond.

I've Altered my review from original. The app is designed to be very good. But it took a few weeks of back and forth with the support team to get it to work close to what it's like in the video. I'll go live this week, and in a few weeks I'll have a better idea how it went.

This is is AWESOME! They also are extremely timely with support. I had a problem at 3AM and I got a response!

The app has worked very well for my startup so far. What was most impressive is the support from the customer services team who helped me create a very bespoke solution to the issue I was trying to solve. Bogi was absolutely amazing - first class! I'd like to see a few more of the upcoming features such as limiting pickup slots soon and to the basic customers not just the premium!
